Featuring traditional Mexican architecture infused with eclectic and contemporary luxury, the structure, dating back to the late 1980s, has been reinvented into a space that encapsulates the essence of Mexico with inspiration drawn from Tulum, harmoniously blending with the stunning nature and surroundings of Puerto Vallarta, offering endless views of the Pacific Ocean.

After two years of extensive renovations, everything has been revitalized to unveil its current grandeur. This includes a new large palapa and bar, an expanded grand sala, living and dining rooms, majestic outdoor staircases, enlarged pools, a new commercial kitchen, and expansive areas to unwind, relax, and entertain. The architecture and design embody modern Mexican aesthetics with a Tulum twist, utilizing materials such as smooth Concrete Cantería Stone, Polished Concrete, Mexican Flagstone, 3 large native palm Palapas, Stone Inlays, and Mexican Tropical Hardwood throughout. The neutral color palette draws inspiration from Mexico's beaches. The interior and décor comprise a mix of contemporary designs prioritizing comfort, along with carefully chosen and curated interior treasures from across Mexico and the globe, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere.

This villa spans a total land area of 1,078 m2 and nearly 2,000 m2 of construction, boasting high-quality finishes in bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, furniture, and decorative objects.
